With our extensive vendor directory, we can enjoy a low price. We are not looking to pressure our customers into buying a gown that is not right for them. We want to create a personal environment that enables our brides to trust that their own unique dream gown will be materialized.
What does the price include?
The price includes the custom made dress as well as the postage by express (EMS, TNT, DHL, FedEX or UPS) Delivery. Shawl, veil or glove is not included. You need pay extra US$15, if your size exceeds U.S.20 standard sizes.
How can I work out how much the dress will cost in my own currency?
All prices are quoted in US dollar. To find out how much a dress will cost in your own currency, you can find the button ¡°Change Currency¡± on the top of our website. You can check the price with currency: US Dollar, Euro, GB Pound, Canadian Dollar, Australian Dollar.
How to order?
First of all, you need choose a dress you love;
Secondly you make out the size and color, and click ¡°buy now¡±, the dress has been bought and add your shopping bag. If you want to buy others, you could click ¡°continue shopping¡±. Otherwise, you could drop ¡°checkout¡±;
Thirdly, you need make out the information as directions;
Last step is click ¡°pay by PayPal¡±. You will link the website to checkout your order. When you have finished your payment, our customer service will send your size form and confirm your dress color.
As your dress will be made-to-measure, you will need to provide your measurements when placing your order. It¡¯s easy-simply ask the person who will taking your measurements to follow the insructions on our Measuring Guide. We have a team of professional dressmakers who will create the dress you have selected in the exact size and color specified. We suggest you inquire the professional dressmaker, so your wedding dress will be fit for you.
Can I make the dress from my own pattern?
If you have the pattern of a particular dress that you would like to have made, please contact us (MSN or email, live chat), again, you will need to supply us with your exact measurements and specify the color that you would like the dress to be made in. We will request that you send the pattern to us in the post and after assessing the amount of work involved and the material that is required, we would then be able to give you a quote.
When should I order?
Please place your order at least 2 months prior to the wedding date. By doing so, you will allow ample time for production and shipping. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alterations if necessary.
Normally, it will take 20-25 days to make your dress after we got your payment. So, you can get your dress in 40 days.
What is a rush order?
Pay extra US$30 for rush order. You can get your dress in 20 days.
What is your return police?
All of our dresses are making fit the customers¡¯ measurement, they are final and cannot be cancelled at the point of purchase. Due to the special nature of our merchandise, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds under any circumstances. So before submitting your order, please be sure of the style, size, color, and any other specification.
Our company only accepts returns in the case of damaged or incorrectly deliveryed merchandise. If you find any flaw or damage you think was missed during our inspection. You have 5 business days from the time express dlivers to the designated shipping address to notify us, you must email a digial picture of the damage in the question to Weddingdressale@gmail.com. If we should be charged with the mistake, we will make you satisfy as you demand. Maybe all money will be refunded after deduction of the mailing and handling fees. Mailing fees will be charged again for any change and return of products. Please contact us within 5 days after receiving the gown. Failure to do so shall not be valid for any refund. Returned goods must be in their original condition. Return of gowns will only be considered for notice within 15 days after receipt of products. For additional time, we will refuse to receive the dress. Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for the gown being made to the wrong size if inaccurate measurements were given when placing the order.

How will I be notified of my order status?
We contact our customers by email at various points of the order process. It is imperative the customer includes an eamil address on their order.
How can I check the status of my order?

What if my payment is declined?
Order are not processed if the payment is declined. It is customer¡¯s responsibility to contact us if their payment is declined. We will then verify the payment status and instruct our customer to resubmit the order.
How long is shipping from your location to me?
Orders shipping from our location normally take 7-10 business days for delivery. This may vary according to the Express Mail¡¯s schedule. Note delivery may run faster than these time frames and the customer will be notified by the emal shipping confirmation.
Are these used dresses?
All gowns and products we offer are new and custom-made. We don't accept or offer resale items.
