2.What is the shipping method?
All the dress in our website will be shipped out by Air. We co-work with the most professional forwarder in the world: Fedex, TNT, UPS, DHL, and EMS. We'll select the most proper forwarder for our customers with low price.

3.How long does it take from placing the order to receiving?
It will take 3~5 weeks from the date you place the order till good receipt.

4.How can I check and track the status of my order
You can log in your account, and check the order status.
"Pending" is invalid order;
"Processing" is that the dress is under order confirmation or its manufacture process
"Delivered" is that the dress has been shipped out already, we'll also notify you on the detailed forwarder and tracking number.

5.What's the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is pending on the dress you select, and the country and region of your shipping address.
Our system will calculate the shipping cost for customer automatically when customer checking out.
