Return policy
All our dresses are special order and custom made merchandise and all sales are final.
If there is any problem with your order please contact us on the detailed situation within 7 days after the receipt of the dress.
Returns & Exchanges
must be approved prior to any merchandise being shipped back. If any quality issue found, please contact with our customer service on the detailed situation. And sometimes we'll need your help to provide us some pictures for us better understanding the issue.
We'll partial or fully refund
to you if there is any defects, or receiving the wrong dress.
We'll not accept any return, exchange or refund if the size, color, artwork these information is incorrectly provided. Before you place the order, please make sure you follow our color guide and size guide.
Color aberration is existing between the PC monitor and the real goods, color aberration is not included in the quality issue.
If any size deviation occurred, please take some photographs on the merchandise by laying it on the ground and place a tape ruler and point out the problem. Then we can do the partial refund for the customer doing the local adjustment, our customer service people will work with you on the refund amount.
Cancel your order
If for any reason you want to cancel your order, we are happy to do so as long as the order is not yet in production, however some miscellaneous charges may still apply (Fabric, Manual, etc.). If your order is already in production it will not be possible to cancel.
Please be noticed that all returns must be preauthorized or they will not be accepted.
